Account deletion

How to delete your Cherry Pairs account and the data linked to it.

In the app

This is the fastest way: the account is deleted right away.

  1. Open Cherry Pairs and go to Profile
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Choose “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm the deletion

Without the app

If the app is no longer on your phone, send a request. We’ll write to the account’s email to confirm that it’s yours.

What happens to your data

Deleted

  • Profile: nickname, avatar, email, country
  • Courses and level progress
  • Cherries, stars and league rewards
  • Friends and friend requests
  • Dictionary
  • Places in rankings

Kept

  • Data the law requires us to keep (for example, about purchases)
  • Database backups
